Norvyshy International, LLC was co-founded by Torgbui Wallace H. Setranah, President & Chairman and Charles A. Setrana, Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, on the 20th of August, 2008.

We look forward to offering our combined thirty-five ( 35 ) plus years of experience with dependable, reliable, consistent ultimate service and customer satisfaction wrapped around credibility and integrity so you can succeed in the free world market place.

Torgbui Wallace Setranah was born in Ghana and the son of the late Dufia,

Torgbui Adri III, the Paramount Chief of Atiavi Traditional Area in the Volta Region of Ghana, West Africa. After High School he left Ghana for the the United States to pursue Marine Engineering course at the Maritime College, Fort Schyler, Bronx, New York but switched courses to read a degree course in Civil Engineering instead at the College of Staten Island, New York.

He has twenty five years experience working for New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development at the Division of Architecture, Construction and Engineering (DACE) as Construction Project Manager in charge of multiple dwelling building construction and Gutted Rehabilitation Projects.

He is one of the Construction Project Managers who oversees Mayor Bloomberg's Market Place Affordable Housing Initiatives, Cornerstone Projects, New Construction, New Foundation and Partnership Program, Multi-Family Building Initiatives and Supportive Housing Construction. He is proud to be a part of the vision of Mayor Bloomberg to build thousands of Affordable Housing Units per fiscal year to solve the housing needs of all New Yorkers.

He is a steadfast volunteer, community organizer and a member of the Christ United Methodist Church Habitat for Humanity Team in New York, building Affordable Housing and Community Patronage for the under privileged families worldwide,(Volta Region, Ghana and Cartagena, Colombia).

He brings to the company his business expertise and management skills gained from volunteering and charitable efforts, serving on the Board of numerous Organizations including the African Chamber of Commerce in the United States (ACCUS) as the Vice Chairman; former Chairman of the American Business Council on Aids (ABCA).

He also served on the Board of Directors at Christ United Methodist Church in New York City. He is the Past President of the United Volta Association (UVA), a not for profit Organization, in the Tri-State area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

He is also the Past President of the National Council of Ghanaian Associations (NCOGA) in New York, and he also served as the President of the Council of Ewe Associations of North America and Canada. (CEANA)   

Charles Setrana has an extensive business expertise and management skills background in the following diversified areas before he initiated, designed and developed the critical six model as a creative trademark, having to do with Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Energy (Renewable, Sustainable, Alternative and Innovative Energy sources ie, Solar, Gasification, Cell, Fossil Fuel ) Food & Agriculture (Scientific, Mechanized and Innovative Farming)(Clean & Portable Drinking Water Purification and Production) ; Transportation (Road, Rail as well as Ports and Harbors) ; Mining (Gold, Iron Ore, Bauxite, Manganese and Copper) ; Oil and Gas (With consideration for the petrochemical industries). All in the pursuit of Jobs and Wealth Creation, as well as socio-economic development and advancement. He also initiated and co-founded Norvyshy International, LLC.

He earned Hospitality and Leadership Management from the Sheraton Corporation and Sheraton Hotels of New York under Starwood. He managed and operated mini bars, tower lounge and customer service, coordinated food and beverage storeroom statistics, guest valet, uniform installation and total employee uniform services for one thousand strong employee body, for twenty one (21) years with ultimate service and high customer satisfaction wrapped up in integrity and credibility.

He earned Business and E-Commerce Management from Britt Worldwide Educational System (BWW) founded by Bill Britt. (Facilitated Under Quixtar & Amway Business Franchise Platform) He currently manages and operates Norvyshy International and Setrana Worldwide Enterprise, Portal E-commerce private franchise, providing various merchandise of products, goods and services through referral marketing for Fortune 500 companies and others.

He also earned Real Estate and Mortgage Consulting from National Lending Corporation. He makes green, eco-friendly and sustainable development deals, and broker deals between Private Businesses and Public Sectors. He also coordinates acquisition of distressed properties and manages the rehabilitation and construction to turn it into profitable ventures. He is also a Deal Maker and Broker of so many different types of transactions Worldwide.

He is Export and Import Sourcing Consultant for Commodities, Products, Goods, Services and Automobiles. He is also the Director of Public Relations for the African Chamber of Commerce in the United States, and has Social Science expertise as well.

Frank Sena Kploanyi is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Norvyshy International LLC. He has served in that role since 2009 when he was appointed by President.

The Chief Financial Officer is the senior financial officer for the Norvyshy International LLC. and its several corporate affiliates. This senior position manages the traditional financial infrastructure for the Company. The CFO oversees and provides professional audit, budgeting, financial management and accounting services in support of the Norvyshy’s mission. He is also responsible for developing financial analysis and models for Norvyshy’s investment proposals and assessing the financial viability of investment projects. In addition he manages all treasury operations, investment tracking, accurate and timely financial reporting, expenditure control and a full array of other financial services.

Frank Kploanyi has a long and prominent professional career. He has since held several high level leadership positions in Finance. He had worked for the National Benefit Life Insurance Company (A Primerica Company) as Financial Analyst. from 1981 to 1987.

Frank also worked as the Director of Finance at Beth Israel Medical Center Singer Division which was subsequently integrated into the Petrie Division from 1993 to March 1999. In this Capacity Frank has prepared necessary financial information in arranging for over $150million in bond financing through New York Dormitory Authority to finance capital expansion projects of the Hospital.

Frank was a transformational figure when he assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer of the 1199 SEIU Training and Employment Funds, an amalgam of ERISA Funds of the powerful and influential Health care Workers Union, 1199 SEIU United East.

He was responsible for administering the budget of Funds tasked with developing training programs to respond to the needs of the changing health care environment and providing these training programs to over 100,000 union members as well as providing benefits for laid - off workers.

Frank also administered the joint Greater New York Hospital Association and 1199 Health Care Education Project that continues to be instrumental in fighting for the restoration of funds for Health Care Delivery. In the State of New York. The annual budget including grants was of an average of $150million a year.

Some of Frank’s professional accomplishments through out his career are listed as:-

Worked with a team of investors to arrange New Market Tax Credit financing of $22.5million used in constructing a six-story health care center and senior housing complex.

Credited with reducing operational costs and avoiding major layoffs as a government grants ended.

Designed a database and accounting system interface that reduced benefits processing time from a week to a day, eliminating duplication of efforts and enhancing accuracy.

Designed and revised pension and other welfare plans that reduced cost by 10%

Recently, presented investment proposal to a group of investors for investment opportunities in Ghana that is under consideration for a $25 billion funding.

Frank Kploanyi received his BS. Degree in Accounting from the University of Ghana, Legon and his MBA in Management Accounting from Pace University Lubin School of business in New York. Frank is a CPA, a member of the American Institute of Certified Accountants and serves on the Boards of several non-profit organizations.

On occasion he was an Adjunct professor at the City University of New York, York College, teaching courses in Accounting, Auditing and Cost Accounting

Opanin Kwabena Mensah (Aka James E. Mensah) is the Executive Director & Consultant for Planning and Development.

He holds a graduate degree in Urban Planning from New York University, NYU, and a first degree in Psychology with Sociology from the University of Ghana, Legon.

He has extensive experience in developing programs, implementing and closing affordable housing deals and other projects which run into many millions of dollars.

He worked for over ten years as Project Manager with the New York City's Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD).

At HPD, he was attached to the award winning program, Neighborhood

Enterpreneur Program (NEP) which in 1999 won the Innovative in American Government Award, a program of Ford Foundation in JFK School of Government at Harvard University in partnership with the Council for Excellence in Government.

He served as the Director of Planning and Development at Yonkers Community Action Program (YCAP) developing and implementing affordable housing programs.

He trained and worked as a teacher in rural Ghana and Nigeria respectively in West Africa, before migrating to the United States.

A strong believer in community organizing as a result he became the General Secretary of Asanteman Association of USA and also a member of the National Council of Ghanaian Associations (NCOGA), all bringing together the collective talent, disseminating information and mobilizing the African immigrant community in the United States.

Claude Edoh is the Executive Director & Consultant for French Relations.

He is bi-lingual in French and English, as a result he coordinates transactions for French Deals in all French speaking countries worldwide, and does translations for the company. He is the Founder and President of E.E.F Worldwide, LLC ( Edoh Est Fils Worldwide) He has high expertise in Business Management and Marketing Strategies.

He graduated from Sorbonne University of France and majored in Accounting and Information Technology. He specialized in direct and referral marketing as well as telecommunication marketing which he gained from training and dealing with the major master dealer corporations such as Sprint PCS, Nextel, T-Mobile and AT&T.

He founded a few years later, a huge marketing company called z-mak after acquiring the experience and marketing strategies, with some partners who em braced the same passion, vision and expertise. He also earned his hospitality expertise from Louis Moet and Hennessey, Sephora, L.V.M.H and the Valet of the Sheraton Hotels of New York under Starwood.

He has a diversified background and skills in various areas of discipline such as

Real Estate and consulting in mortgages which was gained by association with National Lending Corporation, E commerce consulting was acquired from the BWW Educational Team, founded by Bill Britt, and also Export and Import sourcing consultant for commodities, Products, Goods, Services and

Automobiles.

He is also the Assistant Director of Public Relations for the African Chamber of Commerce in the United States which deals with helping African Businesses in various ways, as well as bridge the business gap between Africa and the United States.

Nicholas N. Baka, AGIA, Assoc. AIA - Executive Director, Architecture & Master Planning.

He is Architect and Specialist Consultant in Residential, Public Buildings, Drafting and CAD Expert. He graduated from Kiev State Tech. University of Construction & Architecture. Kiev, Ukraine. MS. Architecture, Residential and Public Buildings Design Major and BS. Architecture, Environmental Design Major.

Continuous Education : Green Building Workshop organized by Essex County College, New Jersey. Postgraduate Course in Sustainable Development and Care Systems in West Africa, organized by Free University of Brussels in Ghana.

International Seminar on Affordable Housing for the poor at the Institute of Local Government, Accra.

He is the Founder and Principal Architect for Green Architecture Solutions, LLC in Irvington, New Jersey. As a firm believer in Green Architecture by extension and Sustainable Development, he takes overall responsibility for the running and design philosophy by ( Fulfilling the developmental needs of the present without compromising the ability of the future generations to meet their own needs ) of the Practice.

He is currently involved in various Green Building Designs primarily in Ghana and Nigeria, also a Consultant and Contributor for the newly established Ghana Green Building Council (NGO). He is the Visiting Head of Department and Senior Manager for Arthro Synergeio, Tema, Ghana where he's responsible for design and quality control of Construction Documents, CADD Standards, Project and overall office Management.

He is also the Consulting Architect for OKG Professional Engineers, LLC in New York City where he's in charge of Design, Client Presentation, Design Development and Construction Documents, Facilitator Representation at the NYC Building Department. Coordinates Code, Detail and Material research for all projects under his jurisdiction, and other tasks as assigned by the Project Architect and Manager.

He worked as the Job Captain for Ismael Leyva Architects (www.ilarch.com)

in New York City where he coordinated drawings with members of the project team for various high end multi-story condominiums, designed luxury apartment layouts and other duties as deemed fit to the project.

He was the Studio Associate for Toll Architecture (www.tollbrothers.com) in Horsham, Pennsylvania where he assisted in the production of Design Development and Construction Documents for Residential Projects, Miscellaneous Revisions, Engineering Change Request and other tasks as assigned by the Studio Leader.

He worked as Intern/CAD Technician for MKN Associates in Trenton, NJ where he assisted in the production of Planning, Zoning, Design Development and Construction Documents for Residential, Educational Institutions and Commercial establishments under the supervision of the Project Architect, and was responsible for 3-D computer renderings of proposals for Client Review and Planning Board Presentation purposes.

He was also Intern/Architect/CAD Expect for Akuffo & Associates, and Associated Beaver Consult in Accra, Ghana for more than one year where he was solely responsible for all 3-D computer visualization and animation, residential projects, Design, CAD Drafting and presentation, recording of site minutes and liaising with other members of the design team.

He has Skills in Autocad Architecture 2009, AutoCAD 2009, Archicad 13.0; Microsoft Office; Photoshop CS2; Artlantis Studio 3; Bi-lingual in English & Russian, English-Russian; Russian-English Translation as well.

Professional Memberships: Associate Member, American Institute of Architects(June 2009) and Associate Member (Registered Architect), Ghana Institute of Architects (November 2000).
